S-p-e-l-l-i-n-g Bee champ!

That's right -1st place in a the 4th/5th grade school spelling be as a 4th grader-  about 400 kids in the 2 grades.  She battled well and came out on top.  We knew early on she was smart- it's her gift.  I am glad she was rewarded on that special day.  I was one proud mamma this day- and to say my stomach was in knots the last few rounds would be an understatement!  She went on the the county bee and made it about half way (competing against 8th graders).

Baseball 2014

Another fun season of travel baseball in the books.  Started with some kid pitch at the end of the year made for some added excitement!  When we moved to kid pitch Bo got in a lot of innings behind the plate (which was welcomed by him:)  Love the families and kids we play with- none of the drama usually associated with youth sports teams! Not many places this mamma would rather be than at a sporting event!

Kate's special friends

Kate's first sleepover with her best friend Olivia "Liva"....movie time

Best friend, Emma

First day of preschool (3 years old)

First "Attempted" sleepover with Aniston

Kate loves her friends.  She always wants to have a friend over to play! She doesn't understand that Lane and Bo are older and get to spend more time with friends!  Emma is her precious friend at church- they are quite the opposite (Kate=loud, adventurous, not shy, busy.... Emma=quiet, reserved, careful, shy...) but they fit together like 2 puzzle pieces:)  Olivia is her ball field and school friend! They are more alike- so put them together and you've got madness!  They have lots of fun together.
